East Bank Regional Library

This was a two-phase project in which IMC aided in the completion of an addition for a two-story structure to function as the maintenance department's office, workshop and storage. The maintenance building was constructed adjacent to the existing library. Mechanical and electrical services were extended from the existing building. The plumbing utilities were extended directly to the utility.

The second phase was the addition of two exterior 750 kw natural gas generators and service entrance rated paralleling switchgear with new service disconnect. The electric service was replaced, with the new service providing utility power to the new paralleling switchgear. This permitted the generators and switchgear to provide non-emergency backup power for the entire library complex.
