Touro NICU
This project required a renovation of a shell space (previously an administrative area) in the hospital into a new 20+ patient Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with one isolation suite, two family suites and three multi-child suites. The project required field research for tie-ins to existing plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, and for required existing systems relocations to accommodate the revised floor plan for the space.
IMC provided full MEP design.
