Children's Hospital Behavioral Health

This project consisted of the construction of brand new five-story, 75,000 square-foot hospital dedicated to serving the mental health needs of children. The first and second floors provide outpatient clinic and support needs, while the upper three floors each provide 17 patient rooms for full in-patient mental health hospital services. Design focused on the comfort and mental needs of the patients, including state-of-the-art audio-visual systems, and full hospital standby power. IMC provided full MEP design services.
