Slidell Memorial Hospital Heart Center

IMC provided MEP design and CA services for this 11,500 square-foot cardiology services renovation.  All MEP design was performed using 3D BIM modeling (Revit). New HVAC systems consisted of chilled water variable volume systems designed per Facility Guidelines Institute requirements. Fire protection systems, high efficiency plumbing fixtures and new medical gas distribution was provided. Electrical scope included interior and exterior lighting, panelboards and safety switches.
