Clearwood Junior High School Additions and Renovations

This project involved the addition of a new 18,000 square-foot classroom wing for the school and also a 65,000 square-foot renovation of the main school building for the St. Tammany Parish School Board. A new mechanical HVAC system and plumbing system were designed for the new classroom building and a new sprinkler system was designed for the entire school. Electrical design included fire alarm, communication systems, intercom system and security for the new wing. In the main building, electrical design included new lighting, replacement of the existing intercom system, and modifications to the existing fire alarm system.
