Kimpton Hotel Fontenot

IMC provided the MEP design for the conversion of the former Staybridge Inn and adjacent building into an 18-story hotel.  The project involved upgrades throughout and complete redesign of the amenities levels in both the newer high-rise hotel as well as the adjacent historical building.
